GPT-50 Double-block Coarse Tuning Machine is the special equipment which used to build the new Ballastless Track Passenger Dedicated Lines with the weight of 60kg per meter. The machine group consists of one electrical machine, Tree or five coarse running machines(depending on the length of track skeleton)and measuring car. The electrical machine provide the power, through lifting, sliding, vertical shift and control the double-block track skeleton to lay off the double-block track skeleton. The machine group is equipped with advanced wireless remote control system, complete measurement system, security monitoring system. You can simultaneously or separately control them to complete adjust-ment and laying task of the track skeleton with max. length of 25m.

When the length of track skeleton is 15m, three Coarse Tuning Machines and one electrical machine can complete the task. When the length of track skeleton is 25m, five Coarse Tuning Machines and one electrical machine can complete the task.
